Allyson Balzuweit
MPH, RDN/LD
registered DIETITIAN & Nutritionist
Bringing 20+ years of experience as a registered dietitian to the table, Allyson provides dynamic, individualized nutrition counseling and education for an array of clients. With trendy, fad mass-market diets rampant across our culture, her mission is to help people sift through conflicting information and find solutions backed by science. Allyson loves making personal connections with her clients and being able to help them with a plan that will ultimately allow them to be successful in meeting their health and nutrition goals.
As someone who was active in organized sports from childhood through her High School Career, she now embraces and has a passion for fitness on an entirely different level. She’s an avid runner and lover off HIIT workouts, and has trained for multiple marathons and half marathons. Her teenagers are both involved in competitive sports and are her favorite subjects when it comes to teaching proper nutrition to fuel athletic performance.
